Our client (an Austrian based multi-business group) is selling one of its businesses, a logistic warehouse with all its assets and properties, authorised to process customs of goods and ideally located next to Sheremetyevo Airport in Russia.

The warehouse is located on one of the main roads near the airport and also has a dedicated train terminal which no other facilities have in the area.

The warehouse currently provide services to several clients ranging from consumer electronics and electric components to fresh food having also temperature controlled storage.

The warehouse is one of the very few authorised by the government to process in-house customs of goods.
